Sunday Morning activities

Xtreme is a service just for the children and young people of St. Marks. We all meet together in the hall to worship together before the 14+ and under 7’s go off to their groups. The 14+ look at something from culture and see what the bible has to say about it. The rest then take part in various activities based on a biblical theme. When: Every 1st Sunday of the month in the church hall at 10.45 am.

Sunday Club meets during part of the 10.45am service for children up to school year 6. Pathfinders - the 11-14’s meet in the lounge and the older Pathfinders meet in the living stones room. Usually all the children and young people of our church family start off by being in the service with their parents. They then leave when announced from the front, returning to have communion together with their family later on.
When: Every 2nd, 4th & 5th Sunday of the month during the 10.45am service

Praise God Together is the service where all the generations come together to worship God. When: Every third Sunday of the month at 10.45am.

Mid-Week Events

Burst Burst is a new club just for kids aged in reception up to year 2. When: Every Monday (except school holidays) Time: 4.15-5.15pm Cost: 30p

ABCs (Adults Babies Children) ABCs is a group for Adults, Babies and Children. When: We meet every Wednesday afternoon during term time from 1.30pm until 3.00pm in the hall for lots of free play, craft, stories, songs and fun. It is an excellent time to meet other mums (and dads or grandmas), have a chat and a cup of tea while the little ones play. All children and their carers are welcome from birth until they go to school. Donations towards costs are invited at 50p per adult only.

JAM

Jam is a kids club for school years 3 – 6. The young people have a choice between two activities learning soccer skills or craft/game section. At 7pm we all get together to learn about the Christian faith.
When: Every Wednesday (except school holidays)
Time: 6.15-7.30pm Cost: 30p
