This was Bob's last Sunday, poignant for him and Roz, and the congregation. This Psalm speaks of the wonder and majesty of God.

2. The mystery of God's care. Vv 3&4
3. The clarity of his revelation. Vv 5-8
4. The certainty of his plan. V 6 and Heb. 2:6-9

Although we humans aren't reigning over all things, we see Jesus reigning.
