Remember Me My God

Preacher:
Series:
Passage: Nehemiah 13:1-31
Service Type:

Nehemiah was concerned to leave a legacy, and that God would remember his good works, among other things his concern for the purity of the nation whom he had called back to God's word.
He had discovered that it is harder to change hearts than to build walls. Our true legacy is before God, but we are saved by grace, not works. His forgiveness of us motivates us to work for him.
The Taize chant 'Jesus, remember me when you come into your kingdom' was played, but has been removed from the recording for copyright reasons.
