Our message is the uniqueness of Christ to redeem and save but we must cultivate a spirit of openness to diverse opinions. Marcus' licensing is a renewal of the mandate to proclaim the gospel in this parish. Marcus must (1) keep his head, (2) endure hardship, (3) do the work of an evangelist and (4) discharge all the duties of his ministry.
